Eye On The Rainforest

Established in 1983, Eye on the Rainforest (EOTR) is a Nonprofit Organisation in Puerto Rico focused on sustainable forestry. EOTR sought marketing materials to bolster their fundraising efforts for events and parties to post across social media platforms and event booking pages. We collaborated with EOTR to create a range of leaflets and promotional materials that effectively communicated their mission and upcoming events to a broader audience, thereby amplifying their outreach and engagement endeavours.

Flyer Design

The event flyers embody the fusion of bold design and compassionate ethos at Eye on the Rainforest. With green and earthy tones echoing EOTR’s commitment to environmental stewardship, and tailored to match each event’s unique vibe, the flyers exemplify EOTR’s dedication to sustainability and community engagement. Animals such as Coco the goat, a beloved resident at EOTR, serve as a gentle reminder that EOTR isn’t just about sustainable forestry; it’s also about nurturing and preserving the diverse life that calls the rainforest home.

Communications

From promotions and discounts to updates on event schedules, lineups, and activities, all communications are managed through an Eye On The Rainforest WhatsApp group, enhancing engagement, driving attendance and fostering a sense of connectivity. While all ticket sales and related communications are handled through Eventbrite.
