BACKSTORY

CSSJ

Crime Survivors for Safety and Justice (CSSJ) is a national network of over 70,000 crime survivors collaborating to influence US public safety policy with a focus on trauma recovery over incarceration. Californians for Safety and Justice, one of their flagship programmes, sought an easy-to-read report to outline research findings showcasing the tangible difference CSSJ and their campaigns were making in the communities they serve.
