CultuRico

Formed in 2021, CultuRico is a volunteer-led organisation that integrates expats with the local community in Puerto Rico through educational and interactive experiences. Together, we designed a visual identity that resonated with all Puerto Rican residents as well as a promotional video to help advertise their epic walking tour experiences on social media.

Brand Expression

With its welcoming and friendly cursive font, the CultuRico logo embodies the essence of Puerto Rican culture and pride. The incorporation of the red, white, and blue colors of the Puerto Rican flag serves as a powerful symbol of identity and unity. Within the heart, the flag motif represents not only a deep-rooted love for home but also a sense of solidarity and common goals shared among the community. This striking yet evocative design not only captures the organisation’s ethos but also serves as a focal point for the brand, evoking feelings of care, compassion, and respect for culture and heritage.

Accompanied by the upbeat electronic beats of Landis’ “Puerto Rico,” the video pulses with energy, perfectly complementing the dynamic atmosphere of the tour. Edited to the rhythm of the music, each clip showcases guests exploring iconic landmarks, soaking in the rich scenery, and savouring the vibrant culture of La Perla. With its infectious rhythm and captivating visuals, this video captures the essence of CultuRico’s dynamic and fun-filled spirit, inviting viewers to join in the adventure and discover the beauty of Puerto Rico.
